The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Chobeham in the County of Surry

Sheweth

That byWarrantVirtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands and
Seals of Sr Peter Delme Knt. Lord Mayor of the City of London
and Sr. George Merttins< no role > Knt and Alderman of the same City two of
his Maties Justices of the Peace for the same City (Quorum unus)
bearing date the 23d day of May last Eleanor Ball< no role > the Wife of
Saml Ball< no role > with their Six Children vizt Wm< no role > aged fourteen years
Robt< no role > Aged twelve years Charles< no role > aged Eight Years Judith< no role > aged
six Years Sara< no role > Aged three years & John< no role > Six Months old or there
about were removed from the parish of [..] St. Dunstans in the west
London unto the sd Parish of Chobham in the County of Surry as
the place of the last legal Settlement

That Your Petrs conceiving themselves Aggreived by
the Order of the Sd. two Justices humbly Appeal agt the
same praying such relief in the Premisses as to your
Worps shall seem Just
