County of Midlx

Sheweth

That by Order under the Hands and seals of Sr: Peter Delme< no role >
Knt : Lord Mayor : and Sr. George Mertins< no role > Knt : two of his Majties: Justices
of the peace for the said City (Quor unus) bearing Date the sixth
day of August last David Dunkin< no role > and Margtt< no role > : his Wife
were removed from the said Parish of St. Sepulchres London to
our said Parish of St: Botolph without Aldgate in the County
of Midlx as to the place of their Last Legal Settlemt.

Agrieved by the said Order and
humbly Appeal to this Honble
Court agst: ye: same

And pray that yr: Worpps would be
pleas'd to give them such relief in
the prmises as to yr: Worspps shall
seem meet
