The humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens & overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Allhallows Barkin London

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant or order under the hand ap Seals of two of
his Maties Justices of the peace for the City of London (Quorn Unus)
bearing date the 21st Day of February last past Robert Pearson< no role >
with Jane< no role > his wife were removed from the Parish of St Dunston
in the East London unto the said Parish of Allhallows Barkin
London as the Place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petitionr conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or order of the said two Justices Do
humbly appeal to your Honr and Worpps therefrom
And Pray that you will be pleased to hear them is
the Prmisses and that the Churchwardens & overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of St Dunstan in the East
may appear before you and hear and abide the
Judgment and Determinacon of your Honr: and Wopps
touching this appeal
