LONDON, and the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary
le Bow Londonrespectively.

WHEREAS Complaint hath this Day been made
unto us two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this City, and the Liberties thereof (Quorum
unus) by You the Churchwardens and-Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Mildred in Breadstreet
London, That Mary Flower< no role > the Wife of Christopher
Flower
< no role > is lately come into and new resident in

your said Parish of St. Mildred not having obtained any
legal Settlement there, and is-likely to become charge
able thereto by reason of her Poverty and Absence of
her said Husbandunless timely prevented,
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch
as it appears unto us by the Oath ofFrancis Chillingworth< no role >
That about Thirty Six years ago the said Christopher
Flower was a yearly hired Servant with one Samuel
Landen
< no role > a Cooper in the Parish of St. Mary Bow London
with whom he lived in that Capacity by the Space of two whole
years or thereabouts and by an meanes whatsoever hath
not obtaind any subsequent Settlement. We the said Ju-
stice are therefore of Opinion, and do adjudge the last
legal Settlement of the said Mary Flower
to be in the said
Parish of St. Mary le Bow Londonand
that thitheretoSheought by Law to be sent.

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to re-
quire You to remove and convey the said Mary Flewer
from and out of your saidParish of St. Mildred in
Breadstreet London, to the said Parish of St. Mary le Bow
London and her leave with the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or one of them, who is and
are hereby required to receive and provide for her
according to Law. Hereof fail not, and this shall be your
Warrant. Given under our Hands and Seals the first
Day of Aprill Anno Domini 1724 .
