London & to the right worpfull the rest of his Maties Justices of the peace
in the Genall Quarter Sessions assembled.

The humble Peticon & Appeal of William Vickers< no role >

Sheweth


That your Peticoner by virtue of an Adjudicacon &
order under the hands & Seales of two of his Maties Justices of
the peace within ye City of London (Quop Unus) bearing date the
twentieth day of December last was adjudged the reputed father
of two bastard Children borne in the parish of Christ Church
London One a female named Marye the other a Male named
William That by the sd. Order & Adjudication Your Peticoner
is order forthwith to pay to the Church: Wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish of Christ Church the
Sum of Four & thirty Shillings so much being alleadged to
be by then expended for & towards the maintenance of
the 3d. two Childron & other incident charges and that yours
Peticoner should on Fryday in every weeke from the date
of the sd. order s [..] long as the sd. two Children should be
chargeable to the Sd. parish pay unto the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish five Shillings for &
towards the maintenance of the sd. two Children.

That your Peticoner doubts not but to prove a
Cohabitacon for many years between Elizabeth Nash< no role >
the Mother of the sd. two Children & one Matthew Stone< no role >
whereby he conceives himself aggrieved by the Order
& adjudicacon of the sd. two Justices and doth humbly
appeale to your Honour & Worships there from

Yor. Peticoner therefore humbly pray's your Honour
& worship will be pleased whear him in the
Prmisses & order the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the sd. parish of Christ Church
London to appear here before you and hear
& abide the determinacon of your Honour &
Worships touching this Appeale

And your Peticoner shall ever pray Etc
