The Informations of Ann Eglington< no role > Wife of
Henry Eglington< no role > Jacob Freeman< no role > Ann Nash< no role > Mary
In wood taken upon Oath the 22d. Day of September 1789

Who upon their several Oaths say & first the sd. Ann
Eglington
< no role > for herself saith that her Husband and she lodge at
one Mr. George Kershaws< no role > a Cheesemongers in Clements Inn
Passage in the Parish of St. Clement Danes that on Sunday
the 13th. Day of September Instant about nine o Clock in the
Morning she the sd. Ann Eglington< no role > with her Husband & Family
were at Breakfast in the Front Room where they lodge and after
finish. Breakfast she went into the Back Room and upon looking
missed one of the Streets the same being taken of the Bed
and also a Trunk wch. stood in such Room stript of it's
Contents to wit three pair of Sheet six Yards of printed
Cotton two white Callicoe Bed Gowns and diverse other
Articles and one Pound one Shilling in Silver and that the
sd. Streets printed Cotton Callicoe Bed Gowns & other Articles
now produced are the property of her Husband Henry

Jacob Freeman< no role > for himself saith that on Sunday
Morning the 13th. Day of September Instant about ten o Clock
in the Forenoon he saw [..] the two prisoners Joseph
Roberts
< no role > and John Robinson< no role > with each of them a Bundle [..] in Cross Lane in St. Giles that wch.
he followed them took them in Bowl Yard in St. Giles's afd and upon being interrogated [..] the sd. John Robinson< no role > said he
was carrying the Bundle he had to his Sisters and
Joseph Roberts< no role > said he was hired to carry the Bundle he
had by a Woman in a red Cloak

Ann Nash< no role > for herself saith that on Sunday Morning
the 13th. Day of September Instant abt. nine o'Clock as she
was walking along the passages of her Master's House she
met the Prisoner John Robinson< no role > coming down Stairs
