John Berry< no role > 's taken on Oath before me this
24th. day of September 1789.

Who being on Oath severally say and first the said
Prudence Berry< no role > for herself says that the two Childs frocks,
Childs Shirt bed Gown, Pin cloth and Handkerchief now produced
by her, between ten and eleven o Clock this Morning she had
put on a Dresser in her Kitchen in order to Iron them
that soon after as Informant was coming out of her Parlour
the met the person now present who calls herself Jane
Edwards< no role > [..] at the parlour door having come from the
Kitchen with the said Articles in her Apron, that Informant
immediately seized hold of her and she dropped the said Articles
on the Ground. And the said Esther Carter< no role > for herself
says that she was present at this time and saw the said
Jane Edwards< no role > drop the said Articles from her Apron.
