County this 4th. day of February 1788
This Informant upon his Oath saith that on Sunday
Evening being the 20th. of January last past his Tools were locked
up in his Masters Work Shed situate in Mile End
New Town in the
Parish of St. Dunston Stepney in the said County. that on the Monday
when he came to Work as usual he found the door had been open'd
and the following tools together with others not as yet found taken
away (Vizt.) a Ripping Saw, a Pannel Saw, a Carcase Saw< no role >

Wooden Stock, and Eighteen Iron Bits the Property of this Informants
which said Tools was found in the Custody of Thomas Oddy< no role >
