and for the said County this 5th. day of Febry. 1788.
This Informant upon his Oath saith that on Saturday last
between the hours of Eleven & Twelve o Clock at Night he met Jane

near Jacobs Court in Turnmill Street
in the Parish of St. John
Clerkenwell
in the said [..] County that he went with her to a gin shop
and was there Joined by the other Prisoner Elizabeth Deaker< no role >
that he
there treated them with a half pint of Gin in which place Elizabeth
Decker< no role >
alias Betty the Doll< no role >
Maker, took from his Neck a Red
and White Silk Handkerchief, and ran down Jacobs Court he
[..] hen pursued her into [..] a one pair of stairs of room in the said Court
and insisted upon having his handkerchief which she refused
to deliver him the other Woman Jane Taylor< no role >
then came up &
Dastened the door, and with the assistance of the other threw him
upon the floor & turned out both his breeches pockets & robbed
him of Nine Shllings in Silver they then afterwards open'd the
door [..] he hasted into the Court & called the Watchman who
refused to give him assistance, which said handkerchief & Monies
