And William Taylor< no role > Constable of the Parish of Ealing for himself saith that on
the fourth Day of December Instant about seven o'Clock in the
Evening he was at the redlion Public House and was applied
to by George Tovey< no role > who told him the Coachman was going to
Commit a Robbery and desired this Inst to follow him, that
he got two more men and followed the sd. Coachman and the
said Teacy to Several Public Houses and to the Brickfield at
Hemmersmith and there last sight of them, that next
Morning this Inst. called at Mc James's at northend toand
Enquired if he had been robbed the night before and told
all that had passed, the night before .

And James Stephens< no role > for himself saith that about six o'clock
in the Morning at the fifth Day of December Instant he got up and
went in to the Kitchen that when he was there heard a Noise
over the Laundry that he went out in order to go to the stable and turn ad
round and saw a Ladder stand agt the window over the Laundry
and the window up, that this Inst. then held up his Lanthorn
and saw it was his masters Ladder, that the run back again
and called the Gardiner who got up and came down stairs
directly, this Inst. went out of door heard a noise a pail crack
and the Dog bark that this Inst. is Possitive the windows were all down
the Evening before

and John Kerr< no role > for himself saith that on the fifth Day of
December Instant about six o'clock on the Morning he was
alarmed by James the Coachman who told him there was
a Ladder agt the window and the window was up that this
Inst dressed himself and went down stairs, came to the Door
leading to the apple room and found a Door at the bottom
of the Stairs and another at the top both open that this
Inst. looking over the rooms found several draws open and
the box with both Kings broke but nothing gones and This
Inst. further saith that he is Positive the windows were all shut
down and the Door past at the Disk of the Evening thebefore
and this Inst. further saith that he found the stick produced in a room
adjoining the apple room lying upon two chairs
