Recognizance as he this deponent and the said Mr.
Philip O'Kelly went together to the said
Wrights House in Saint James's Market aforesd.
when they saw the saidWright who informed
this deponent that he was wrong in going into
Court for that he ought to have attended at the
grand Jury Room to give Evidence before the Grand
Jury and that the Bill was thrown out for want
of this deponents Evidence and the Grand Jury
entirely broke up and the recognizance as would be
estreated for such his default and this Deponent
further positively for the that he went to the Session
House with full purpose and intent to give his Evidence
for finding the said Bill and did not omit or
neglect his Attendance on the Grand Jury through
intention or any design but only through ignorance
and for want of Knowing better and humbly hopes
that this Court will order that Recognizance to be
respited to next Session and the Prisoner to be detained
till then that the Bill may be regularly found against
him which this deponent humbly conceives he shall
be able to do
