of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the
said County City & Liberty this 17th.. day of Novr. 1788
Who being duly Sworn upon his Oath saith that he was
going thorough Sd.. farmer Park about Eight o'Clock last Night that
he their says the two Women now present who calls themselves
Ann Smith< no role >
& Mary Hole Sitting upon one of the Benches
who calld to him & asked him to sit down with them
which he did & sealed himself between the two that he had
not sat above two minutes when he says Ann Smith< no role >
take this Watch out of his coat pocket into which he
had put it for safety that he immediately took them
both but the watch could never be found & this
Informant further saith that the Watch was a Silver
Watch and is Positive & certain that it was in has
Coat pocket aforesaid at the time he sat down between
the said two Women
