for the said County

Who being Severally upon Oath Say
And first Informant Martha Davis< no role >
for herself Saith, that she lives in Little
Saint Andrew Street Saint Giles in the
fields in the said County, that about ten
of the Clock of the night of the third of
October instant this Informant saw
all the Doors fastened in her appartments
in the house in Little Saint Andrew
Street aforesaid and particularly the
Kitchen Door, that in the morning
of the fourth of October instant, upon
going down to the Kitchen she found
the Door had been broke open
and that several things her property
had been Stolen thereinthat, suspecting
the person now present who calls
himself Richard Ferriss< no role > , this Informant
got him taken into custodythat after
being a Short while in Custody that
said Richard Ferriss confessed to this
Informant that he was the man
