that had done the robbery. And then
told her where the things now produced,
which he had Stolen as aforesaid,
were pledged (except the Coat Breeches
and Stockings which he denied Knowing
any thing about) And this Informant
Patrick Devine< no role > for himself Saith
that he went to Mr. Lane's a Pawnbroker
in Drury Lane And found the above
Coat Breeches and Stockings had
been pledged there on the morning
of the fourth day of October instant
And these Informants Robert Jones< no role >
James Smith< no role > and David Gordon< no role >
Severally for themselves Say that
the things now produced were pledged
with them by the person now present who calls himself Richard Feriss< no role > as follows tours a
Coat a pair of Breeches and
a pair of Cotton Stockings on the fourth instant with
the said James Smith< no role > who
Says he is a Journeyman with
Mr. Lane aforesaid [..] two Shirts
on the fouth of October in with the said
Robert Jones< no role > as he verily believes and two Shirts
on the fourth Inst. with the said David Gordon< no role >
And the said Martha Davis< no role > further
upon her oath Saith that the
Several things now produced to wit
[..] four Shirts a Cloath Coat a pair
of NanKeen Breeches and a pair
of Cotton Stockings
