This Informant upon his Oath saith that
in an about the 18th. day of September last
he hathbutjust Reason to believe William
Merryman< no role > did feloniously take and carry
away from cut of his Bar in his House
a silver Watch the property of Francis
Dellison< no role > having been informed by a
Pawnbrokerthatin white chapple that the
said William Merryman< no role > found the same
