SIR,

You being bound over to appear at the
Session held in April last, and not appearing according
to the Condition of you Recognizance for that Purpose, it became
forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court of Exchequer , in
order to the issuing of Process thereon against you, for levying
the Penalty; unless prevented by Appearance and proper Appli-
cation, to stay Proceedings there at the next Session, which will
being at [..] she Old Bailey on Wednesday the 25th. Infant.
