was in and they all rowed away towards
the Shore and left this Informt. a lone
in the Boat And this Informt. further
upon his Oath saith that he suspects
and verily believes that the Three Persons
now present who calls themselves Joseph

are three of the Persons who feloniously
Assaulted him and robbed him in the
manner and at the place abovementioned
