says that last Night about 8 o'Clock her husbands Shop Window was broke
and a Case containing a Quantity of Rings Stolen. And the said

says that last Night about 8 o'Clock he saw a
Person now present who calls himself Richard Clark< no role >
break
the shop Window of Mr. Dermer and take something out of the
Shop That he followed him and secured him. And the said
Thomas Arnett< no role >
, says that last Night [..] about 8 o'Clock he saw
four persons near said William Dermer< no role >
's shop Window. That a
Short time afterwards he heard the Window break and saw said
Langston take hold of said Clark and assisted in securing him
