That he is a Porter
and is Employed by Mr. Chas. Drummond< no role >

That he was put into the Possession of the Yorkshire
Gray Alehouse
in Eagle Street
Red Lyon Square
which belongs to thesd: Thomas Forssett< no role >
and Company
That about the hour of 8 oClock in the Evening of Thursday
the 10th. day of March Instant he this Informant went
out of the house for some Beer at which time
he fastened the door with a Padlock That he returned
in about 10 Minutes and found the Padlock Picked
and hanging loose That he suspected same Person
had Broke open the House with intent to Rot it
He therefore called for Assistance and upon Searching
the House He found one Jonathan Wigley< no role >
in
the Two Pair Stairs Floor and this Informant assisted
in Securing him and taking him into Custody
And this Informant John Prangnell< no role >
upon his Oath Saith That he heard an Alarm of
Stop Thief near to his Fathers House in Eagle Street
aforesaid That he went to the Yorkshire Grey
Alehouse
and followed the above named Informant
upon Stairs and in the pair of Stairs front
Room he saw the above named Jonathan Wigley< no role >
