Recognizane to prosecute and give Evidence gained Eliz

an Indictment gst. the said Elix Williams< no role > & Eliz Corsten< no role >
and attend this Court on Thursday and Fryday last to
give Evidene on the same that this Deponent while
in the gallery of this Honbl. Court on the Evening of [..] day
last heang the Right Hanbl. Lord Loughborought discharge
the Middlesex Jury and [..] as this Deponent Understood
require their Attendance again on Monday then next in
Consiquence of which understanding and belief this Dept.
did not attend on Saturday and having Informed Wm. James
one other of the Witnesses of the Prosecution for where appea [..]
this Deponent was bound the said Wm. James as this Dept.
has been Informed and believes in Consequence of such Information
did not attend thesaidtryal of the Say prisoners which
came on on Saturday last and this Deponent further
says that he did not neglect to give his Evidese on he said
tryal withthea Design to favor the prisoner or Disappoint
put [..] Justice but for the Cause affsd.
