The Information of Ann Thomas< no role > Singlewoman
takenbeforethe 23d day of October
1784.

Who being on her Oath saith That this Morning
about Eleven o' Clock the Person now present
who says her name is sarah Ladlove< no role > came
to the Shop of her Master Jonathan Wright< no role >
in Red Lion Street White Chapel who keeps on Hardware Shop and Asked
to look at a Gold Ring which was in the Show
Glass Saith that she this Informant took the
Drawer out which contained several Rings
particularly a Mourning Ring with an Uru
That the said Sarah Ladlove< no role > disired this
Informant to Weigh her a gold Ring and as
shethisI was going to Weigh the said Gold
Ring she saw the said Sarah Ladlove< no role > take
another Ring out of the said Drawer and
Immediately Challenged the said Sarah
Ladlove
< no role > with taking the said Ring and
Called her Mistress who immediately
missed the Mourning Ring with the Urn
as there were no other Ring of the same
Kind in the DrawerThat the said Sarah
Ladlove
< no role > was stopped until a peace Officer
came and took her into Custody and Searched
her but the Ring could not be found
