taken before me this 28th. day of October
1784
Who being on Oath says that on Monday morning last the 25th. Instant
a little after 3 o' Clock he heard a Noise of some Persons running out of
Elenion Court that leads to the Yard of his House. That about half
an hour afterwards Informant came down in Consequence of being called
[..] the Watchmen, when he found that [..] a piece had been
[..] out of the Parloier Door of his House, and that the Yard Door was
broke open by Violence, the Lock being damaged and the Staple drawn
And this informant further says that he very certain that said
Yard door was fasti [..] and secured when he went to bed and that the
hole made in the Peplour door was made that Night after he went
to Bed.
