Middlesex to wit


The Information of George
Dalby
< no role > and Martha Dalby< no role > his
wife taken before me One of
his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the said County

Who being severally upon Oath say
and this Informant George Dalby< no role > for
himself saith that he lives in Pettys Cour
Hanway yard in the Parish of Saint Mary
le bone in the said County that about half
past eleven o'Clock last Night he was in
Bed with the other Informant Martha Dalby
his wife when she alarmed him that Some
thieves had attempted to get into the House
and had broke open the window Shutter
upon which this Informant got up saw
a Man looking in at the window and
Immediately went into the Street in pursunt
of the thieves when he saw the person now
present who calls himself Francis Baxter< no role >
who he had before seen looking in at the
widow who Immediately Ean away [..]
he pursued him and with the Assistance
of the Watchmen he took him into Custody.

And this Informant Martha Dalby for
herself saith that about eleven o Clock
last Night she went to Bed and is
positive that the Parlor Window was
bolted that about half past eleven o'Clock
