last Night she was alarmed by the
Parlor Window being forced and broke
open and on looking at the window she
Saw the person now present who calls
himself Francis Baxter< no role > looking in at
the Window and saw his hand on the
in side of the parlor window endeavouring
as She verily believes to take a Screw from
out of the Sash which was on the
inside of the said Parlor (through a hole which

alarmed her Husband who Immediately
had him secured, and this Informant
further [..] south that she is positive
that the person now present who calls
Francis Baxter< no role > is the person who she
saw at the Window after the Shutter's
had been forced and broke open and

put through the Glass which was broke
in the Sask endeavoring as She verily
believes to take a screw from the
inside of the said Sash.
