Who being upon Oath saith that on Saturday last there was Stolen in her
[..] Apartments in the dwellig house of Mary Rebecca
abovementioned. One Pink Silk Gown and one Marcella
Petticoat the property of her husband William Walker< no role >
and that a Gown and petticoat now here produced and which
were [..] found in the possession of Margaret Johnson< no role >
now present before me the said Justice, are the same
Gown and Petticoat which were so stolen as aforesaid, and that she
hath Just cause to suspect the said Margaret Johson< no role >
did felonisously steal, take and Carry away the said Gown
and Petticoat
