Who being and their Oaths Severally say and first the said Thomas
Goodale< no role >
for himself Saith that having got orders from Mr.
William Dillow< no role >
Master Drover of Mile End on Sunday the fourteenth day of Ju [..]
Instant to drive seventeen beasts form West Smithfield
fourteen of
which were the property of the said Thomas Davis< no role >
and the other three
the property of Mr. Nunn of Colehester with Instructions to leave
the Three belonging to Mr. Nunn at Mr. Horsenayles at the Marquis of
Granby
at Mile End and the other fourteen to the grounds of Mr.
James Glinton at Mile End
aforesaid he this informant in pursuance
of such Orders drove the said beasts to Mile End And as he was
driving them into the yard of Mr. Horsenayle aforesaid a person now
present and who calls himself William Thorley< no role >
(together with a
nother person not Yet taken) feloniously and foreibly drove
away one of the said beasts which beast is the property of the
said Thomas Davey< no role >
as this Informant has been informed and
verily believes And the said Thomas Davey< no role >
for himself
saith that the said beast so feloniously taken and driven
away as aforesaid is the property of him this Informant
