not know how much as he did not count it
Saith that he put the loose Silver in hisWaistcoat
Jacket Pocket and tied the two Half Guinea in the
I.St. corner of his Handkerchief that was round his neck That hesat
set by the side of the said Mary Tims< no role > on a
Bed that the said Jane Lefevre< no role > went down
Stairs for something which he believes was a
Glass that while she was gone the said
Mary Tims< no role > Suddenly Suatched his Handkerchief
I.St from off his Neck Contg. the said two half Guineas and ran to the opposite side
of the room and put the same under her Stays
That he followed her and Endeavoured to take
the same from her and while he was so doing
the said Jane Lefeure came into the Room
and threatened to cut his Soull open if he did
not let her along saith that they both cryed out
Murder and he this Informant stood at
the Door until the Watchman came whom
this Informant told he had been Robbed
but Instead of taking the two Women into
I. St Custody he the sd. Watchman took this Informant
into Custodyandon a Charge of the Prisoners
for assaulting them and Conveyed him
to the Watch house.
