Middlesex to wit.

The Information of Mary Miller< no role > Wife of Thomas
Miller
< no role > of No. 61 Great Wild Street Line this Inn
Fields and John Beamish< no role > of Bow Street Covent
Garden taken before me this 1st day of July 1784.

Who being on oath say and first the said Mary Miller< no role > for herself says
that onlastfriday last the 25th day of June she this Informant hung
a Window certain to dry in a stable yard adjoining her houses, that at 6 oClock
in the evening this Informant saw said Curtain, but at 8 oClock, this
Informant going to take in said Curtain found it had been stolen and this
Informant further says that a Curtain now produced is the Curtain
that was Stolen and the property of Thomas Miller< no role > her husband.
And the said John Beamish< no role > says that on friday evening last he
this Informant saw a person now present who calls himself Daniel
Gilfey
< no role > , in Great Queen street Line who's Inn fields, with said Curtain
now produced under his Arm; this Informant followed said Gilfey
and desired him to stop, who threw down said Curtain and Run away,
that this Informant well knowing the person of said Gilfey went
next day in search of him and apprehended him in a Public house
in Crop Lane in the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields .
