of the peace for the City of Westminster to prosecute
the above named William Coggan< no role > at this present
Sessions And this Deponent further Saith that,
on Wednesday last he preferred an Indictment,
against the above named William Coggan< no role > which
was Returned a true Bill And this Deponent.
further Saith that he Attended on last Thursday
with the other two Witnesses William Jones< no role > This name instance is in set 1357. This set is in the group(s): GarrowsClients . and
John Mansell< no role > the whole day expecting the Tryal
to come on but it did not And this Deponent
further Saith that Yesterday Morning between,
Nine and Ten of the Clock in the forenoon he
sent one William Higham< no role > to see if the Prisoner's
name stood in the list for Tryal as Yesterday,
who returned and informed this Deponent that
he did not And that there was a great number
of other Names on the list for Tryal And therefore
this Deponent Concerning that such Tryal
would not come on did not Attend And this
Deponent further Possitively says he intended
to have appeared and given Testimony in this
Honorable Court against the prisoners but was
informed that the Prisoner was discharged as
Yesterday on the Indictment so preferred by this,
Deponent And this Deponent further saith had
not the person William Higham< no role > so returned,
And informed this Deponent that such name
of the Prisoner was not on the List of Tryals
