of a window on the ground floor of the dwelling house

in the said Street and soon afterwards
this said informant saw Patrick Birmingham< no role >
coming out of the said Window when he immediately
pursued and took into Custody and this said
informant further saith that he is certain the said
Patrick Birmingham< no role >
is the Person he saw so came
from out of the said window and that the said
Samuel Hall< no role >
is as he verily believes the person that
he so saw holding the shutter of the said window.

April she put to the shutters of the parlour window
on the ground floor of the house of her said Master
in Leigh Street
aforesaid and is very certain that
the Sash of the said Window at that time was close
shut down
