for the said County
and first the said Sarah Masters< no role >
for herself saith that a Street
marked F. 2. the property of Francis Esqr. Thomas Walk Chelsea
was
interested by him with her to wash that She washed the said Street
and hung it on a line in the Yard on the Back of her Apartments
which said Street she saw hanging on the said line as two O'Clock in
the afternoon of Saturday the sixth of this instant March and that
between the Down of three and four of the same Day the said Sh [..]
was taken away from the said line by some Person unknown

for himself saith. that he
saw the above Street hanging on his Mother lenin a little before
three O Clock on the above Saturday the & instant and four minutes
after saw two Men (one of whom he is some informed is named

one of a Field [..] joyning to the House with a small
[..] Bags in the Ponds of the above Danish Smith, that he
directly Pursued them and as they passed the Hospital Watch
saw him with the Bag in his Pond till they turned a Short [..]
then he found the Bag Missing

for himself saith that Saturday &
of this instant March being in Grosvener Row< no role >
between three and
four in the afternoon he saw a Man morning and a Mob following him
crying Stop thief that he also pursued and took the said Man and
held him till he delivered him to Mr. Fluke a Peace Officer
