The Information of Thomas Rigg< no role > an Evidence against
Edward Nunn< no role > and William Rigg< no role > for felony taken
upon Oath before me William Blackborow< no role > Esqr. One
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County this 23rd. day of April 1784

This Information upon his Oath Saith that he is in
partnership in the business of a Smith with his Brother William
Rigg
< no role > that this Informant Lodges in a Back Room on the
Ground Floor at a House in Cow Cross Street and that
his said Brother Rents two Rooms in the said House and
that their Workshop is in the Yard belonging to the said House
And this Informant further saith that on Tuesday Morning the
20th. day of April inst. between the Hours of one and Two of
the Clock in the Morning the said William Rigg< no role > got in at
the Window and came into this Informants Room where he
was a Bed and immediately Struck a light that the said
William Rigg< no role > then opened the said Room Door and lett
into the said Room Edward Nunn< no role > the Prisoner present
who had on his Shoulder the Cross Cock and Lead Pipe< no role > now
Produced That they the said William Rigg< no role > and Edward Nunn< no role >
than went into the Workshop And this Informant further
Saith that he verilythatbeleives that the said William Rigg< no role >
and Edward Nunn< no role > did Feloniously Steal the said Brass Cock
and Lead Pipe< no role >
