Middlesex to wit


The Information of John Pike< no role > of the Parish
of Christ Church in the County of Middlesex
Cheesemonger taken on Oath before me one
of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for
the said County.

Who on his Oath saith that he keeps a Cheesemongers
Shop in white Row in the Parish of Christ Church
aforesaid and that on Wednesday last the few day
of October Instant about nine o'Clock in the Evening
this informant being in the parlour behind his
Shop at Supper, he saw John woodward< no role > the prisoner
now under Examination came into this Informants
Shop and Steal and carry & away a Cash containing
sixty five pounds weight of Irish Butter this
Informant Property. That this Informant on
being the said John Woodward< no role > cany the same
out of his Shop went out and pursued him and
took him with the said Cash of Butter on his
Shoulder a few doors from this Informants House
