Who on their Oath say and first the said Peter Wilder< no role >
Says,
that eleven Silver table spoons, a pair of silver Buckler and
a pair of Shoes now produced, are his property, and were
feloniously stolen in this Informants house on Thursday
last, as he vinly believes by a person now present who
calls himself Thos. Kettle; who at that time was this
Informants servant And the said George Gardiner< no role >
says
that the same Day he found the 9 Silver table spoons and
pair of shoes now produced on the person of the said
Thomas Kettle< no role >
, and also the Duplicate now produced.
And the said Alexander Dixon< no role >
says that the Buckles
now produced were pawned with him by the said Thomas
Kettle< no role >
on the said Thursday for £0,4,,6, in the Name of
"Thomas King< no role >
's at which time this Informant gave him the
Duplicate now produced.
