Who being upon Oath say, and first the said

says that he is an Apprentice to Mr.
Robie Sherwin< no role >
of Drury Lane
Tallow let and ler
That this Evening about seven o Clock two Men came
into his said Masters Shop one of when snatched
up a Basket now produced containing about three
Dozen pound of Candles and ran away with the
same - That he pursued [..] one of said Men to Broad Court, whom he is
very sure is a person now present who calls himself

, who on seeing him immediately
Dropped the said Basket and Candles and ran away
that he followed him and threw a four pound weight at him
which struck him in the back and apprehended him
and when he returned to his said Marten Shop with

were brought in by said Elizabeth Pank< no role >

- The said Elizabeth Pank says that she saw said
Basket and Candles lying in Bread Court aforesaid and at
the same time saw a Man close to it but who afterwardssaid Benjamin colbourne< no role >

away from the same- And the said James Sneath< no role >
says
that he saw said & Basket and Candles lying in said
Court and assisted said Elizabeth Pank in carrying the same
to said Mr. Sherwins Shop
