This Informant upon his Oath saith that
William Penn< no role > came into his shop in Middle
[..] in the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn above
[..] Bars and in the County of Middlesex under
a pretence of Buying some Goods of him and
the said William Penn< no role > did as this Informant verily
Believes feloniously take and carry away out of
his shop one new shirt, and one New Dimity [..]
Waistcoat his Property.
