Theophilus Browne< no role > of Grange Court in the Parish of Saint
Clement Dance and County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh
Oath and saith That John Browne< no role > his Father residing in the
said Court is greatly afflicted with a Nervous Disorder of such
a Nature that his appearance in any Court or Public
Assembly throws him into the most Distracting tumors,
horrors and Palpatations which any sudden or unexpected
though almost triffling Circumstance will also effect
though in a less Degree whereby this Deponent verily believes
his said Father as an unfit person to serve on Jurys
particularly as the effects of his Nervous Disorder throw
him from the natural bias of his Mind This Deponent
also saith that the House wherein his said Father lives is
held in the name of the Recd. Mose Browne Clerk this
Deponents Grand father and not in the Name of the said
John Brown< no role > also that the Rates and Taxes of the said
House are paid in the Name of the said Moses Browne< no role >
