The Information of Mary Fellyard< no role > John Fellyard< no role >
Ann Tooley< no role > Jeremiah With< no role > and John Hitchman< no role >
taken before me this 30th. day of Septemr.
1783.

Who being on Oath say and full the said Mary Fellyard says
that 60 pair of Stockings, three Shirts one Table Cloth, a Frock
and three Petticoats new produced, are the Property of this Informant
ad were stolen from off a Hedge in her Garden at the Five
Mile Stab. in the Parish of Wilsden on Thursday morning last
about 11 o'ClockAnd the said Ann Tooley< no role > says that two
table Cloths, on Napkin, one pillow care, one Sheet one Apron
and three pair and one Stockings now produced, are the Property
of this Informant, and were Stolen from a Cloath, Horse
in the same Garden at the same time And the said
John Fellyard says that in consequence of his Wife's telling
him that she had been robbed he made pursuit, and on the made
of a Hedge in a Field near his House, he saw a Person now
present who calls himself William Bell< no role > with another Person
resembling John Nunn< no role > now present packing up said Linen
and upon this Informant making an Alarm, they both ran
off leaving the Linen Etc. behind them That this Informant
pursued said William Bell< no role > and secured him without losing
Sight of him And the said Jeremiah With says
that about half an hour afterwards, at about a Mile
distance from where said Bill was secured, this Informant
saw said John Nunn< no role > come out of a Hedge, and suspecting
him to be Bells companion, he gave notice to John Hitchman< no role >
the Constable, who secured him. And the said John Hitchman< no role >
says that after taking said John Nunn< no role > into Custody
