Middlesex to wit


The Information of Sarah Woodman< no role >
of the Precinct of St Catherines Widow
taken before me one of his Majesty Justices
of the peace in and for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that she keeps a House
in Flemish Church Yard in the said Precinct and
County aforesaid that on Wednesday night the 24th of
September instant about Eleven o Clock she was
Walking along the aforesaid Flemisk Church Yard
when she was feloniously Assaulted by five or
Six Persons who with horrid Imprecations knocked
her down and feloniously took and Carried away
her cap and tore her Wearing Apparel to pieces
That among the persons who feloniously Attacked
her as aforesaid was Frances Johnston Elizabeth
Anderson

Woman Servants all be longing to the said Francis
Johnston
< no role > And further that the said Frances Johnston
Several times struck her and the said Elizabeth
Anderson
< no role > took the Cap which she had been robbed
off into the House of the said Frances Johnston
and the said Jane Davison< no role > Catherine Davis< no role > and the
Two Women Servants were present aiding abetting
and Assisting in the said Felony And this [..] Informant
further upon her Oath declares that after she
had by force been rescued from them and taken
to the House of One Sarah Hill< no role > who lives next
door to the said Frances Johnston she heard the
Said Frances Johnston repeatedly [..] call her
a bloody bitch and swore that if she came out
of the House where she then was that she wond
Rip her bloody entrails out
