her the two Aprons now produced desiring She would Pawn them
for him on the next day, Saying that They were his Wifes who
has lately died in the Country. That this Informant accordingly
pawned them vir one the next Morning and the other on the 25th Inst with the said William Mattarn
and Daniel Buckley< no role > for £0..2..6 and gave the said Williams
the Money. And the said William Mattan Says that the Apron
now produced by him was pawned with him by the said Margaret Enstace
for £0..1..6 on Monday the 18th. Inst. And the said Daniel Buckley< no role >
says that the Apron now produced by him was pawned with him
on the 25th. Inst. for One Shilling by the said Margaret Enstace.
And the said Elizabeth Timmings< no role > says that on Sunday morning
the 17th. Inst. about 9 o Clock she found the said Morgan Williams< no role >
in Bed in her House, without having paid for his Bed or knowing
that he was therein, who after behaving very rudely went away
That on the next morning this Informant found the Box (claimed
by the said Mary Butler< no role > ) behind the Back door of this Informants
house And the said James Johnson< no role > says that he went [..]
to the said Elizabeth Timmings< no role > 's house on Sunday morning the
17th. Inst. about 9 o' Clock where he saw the said Morgan Williams< no role >
and Margaret Enstace in Bed together. That said Williams had with
him at this time a Black Gown, a White Petticoat and a Red
Cloak which Red Cloak said Williams gave to this Informant
saying" it was his Wifes" and which he gave him upon this
Informants asking said Williams for something to drink
and further says that he this Informant sold the said Cloak
to the said Elizabeth Freeman< no role > for £0..2..6.
