Who being on Oath say and first the said Samuel Stubley< no role >
says that this
Morning between 8 and 9 o'Clock two Persons now present who call
themselves Ann Pantiney and Hannah Green< no role >
, came into the Shop
of the said Messrs. Birkett and Moody together asked the Price of
several Articles but Bought not [..] That after they were gone this
Informant suspecting that they had stolen something, went out in
search of them, and in King Street
met both together. That upon
this Informant laying hood of the said Ann Pantiney 6 who had
the Basket now produce in her hand the said Hannah Green< no role >
ran away. That upon examining the said Basket new produced
he found the four Hats now produced, which are the Property
of the said Messrs. Birkett and Moody and were stolen in their
Shop this morning us he believes by the said Ann Puntiney< no role >
and
Hannah Green< no role >
. And the said William Austin< no role >
says that as this
Informant was going along King Street
this Morning he observed
the said Hannah Green< no role >
run away upon the said Samuel Stubley< no role >
's
laying hold of the said Ann Pantiney whereupon this Informant
pursued he & brought her back, and afterwards saw the said Hats
found in the Basket by said Samuel Stubley< no role >
