Who being upon Oath say, and first she said Martha
Graham< no role >
says that on Wednesday Evening last she was robbed by
two Foot pads near the Black Lion at Kilburn of (as she
doth verily believes) a Handkerchief, a Nutmeg Grater, some
black silk, [..] a paper writing, now produced, [..] a red
Moroecco Pocket Book and about thirteen shillings in Money
And the said John Tesman says that he was present with
the said Martha [..] Graham< no role >
when she was robbed as
aforesaid and was himself robbed of a Penknife and
a Penny and further says that he is very sure that
a person now present who calls himself John Bitton< no role >
is
one of the persons that robbed said Martha Graham< no role >
and himselfAnd the said Joseph Errington< no role >
says that
he apprehended the said John Bitton< no role >
and found in his Possession
the said Handkerchief, Natmeg Grater, black silk
and Paper writing.
