The Information of William Harris< no role > , Thomas Jones< no role >
and John Bradley< no role > taken before me this 14th. day
day of May 1783

Who being upon Oath says and first the said William
Harris
< no role > says, that a Dun Coloured Horse which he found in the Possession
of Christopher Coutts< no role > Stable Keeper at the Running Horse in David Street
Berkley Square on Saturday morning last is the Property of Richard
Haley
< no role > a Carrier at Beaconsfield in the County of Bucks and
was stolen on Friday Evening last out of a Stable at the Swan
at Bays waterand further says that he saw a person now present who
calls himself Thomas Ing< no role > on the said Friday Evening last at the
Swan at Bayswater aforesaid who was then playing at Four Corners
And the said Thomas Jones< no role > says that he also saw the said Thomas
Ing
< no role > about ½ past 8 oClock at Night playing at the same Game at
the Swan aforesaidAnd the said John Bradley< no role > says that on
Friday Night last between the hours of nine and ten oClock the
said Thomas Ing< no role > brought to this InformantsStableMasters Stables
the said Dun Horse, put him up there, said that it was his
Father PropertyThat he and his Father had had some Words and
that he had rode said Horse upwards of Fifty MilesThat said
Horse had neither Bridle [..] or Saddle but only a Hemper Halter
and said Inge said that he wanted to Sell him and that his
Price was six PoundsThat said Ing under a Maneger
until 2 oClock the next morning when he went away leaving
the Gates of his said Masters Stable Yard
