set on fire but by whom he cannot tell
And this Informant John King< no role > for himself
Saith that he is and House keeper and lives at
No. 35 Great Mary le bone Street near were the
person now present who calls himself William
Dakin
< no role > lived that on the 28th of September last
about five o'Clock in the Morning he heard
the Watchman's Rattle and looked out of
Window when he saw a Quantity of Smoke
Coming out of a [..] Window and two Women
with Children come out of the House of the send
William Daken upon which this Informant
went to the House of the said William Dakin< no role >
were he found the Street Door had be broke open
by the Serjant of the Watch but the Smoke
was so powerful that no person could go
into the Passage , upon which this Informant
with Assistance broke up the Area Rents
and got into the House by breaking Open
the Area Door when this Informant observed
that the fire come from under the Stair
leading into the Kitchen, upon which he called
for Assistance and Water & [..] in a short
times after the fire was put out; this Informant [..]
found upon looking into the hole under the
Stairs were the fire broke out the two
