large Distress now produced Standing by
each other [..] and a Chaseing Dish also
now produced with some pieces of a Basket
which appear to have been broke into small
pieces for the purpose of taking fire & some
Chair Matten [..] all which
lay in the send Dishes with Straw round
each of the send Dishes, And this
Informant further saith that [..]
thatthere was not any fire in the send
House except the fire which was in
the said hole under the Stairs aforesaid
and that he frequently requested the send

out the said fire which he Refused to do
And this Informant further saith that
he verily believes the House was feloniously
Voluntarily and Maliciously Set on fire
with Intent to Brem and Consume the
