Street Bloomsbury do make Oath and Say. That a person
now present who calls herself Margaret & addingdid heI
verily believes did feloniously Steal, and take and Carry away a Silver Tea
Spoon my property about four Days ago,

And I Charles Murthwaite< no role > do make Oath and Say that I am
a Pawnbroker, and in the Service of Mr Crofton a Pawnbroker in
Silver Street, near Golden Square ; And that on the 3d Day of this
present Month November 1774 Hester Cadding own Mother of
the aforesaid Margaret did Pawn the said Silver Tea Spoon
at the Shop of the said Mr Crofton for Twenty Pence

Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County by the said
Charles Murthwaite< no role > , I the said William Smith< no role > declare it to
be my Property, & the Spoon that was so Stolen as aforesaid
