persons and Dressthe twowhich is the same now
it was at the time he was Robbed that the two person
now present who call themselves William Oxtoby< no role >
and Joseph Horton< no role > are the two persons who Robbed
him at the time and in the manner aforesaid and
likewise does verily believe that the other person
now present who calls himself Charles Rogers< no role > was
one of the three in Company when he was first
attacked and that he the said Charles Rogers< no role > is
the person who seperated and took away the other
Informant Jane Wellsman< no role > whom he Robbed at
the time aforesaid And this Informant further
saith that a pair of Silver Shoe Buckles now
produced by the other Informant John Lucas< no role > are
the Buckles which he had in his Shoe at the
time he was Robbed and which were taken from
him by the said William Oxtoby< no role > & Joseph
Horton< no role > as above described

And this Informant Jane Wellsman< no role > for herself
saith that she was in Company with the other
Informant John Gill< no role > on Monday night the 17th
of October Instant that about half an hour past
Eight o Clock in the High Road near Balls pond -
she saw three Men in Company that presently
the said three Men came up and demanded their
Mony & that the person now present who calls himself
Charles Roger< no role > took this Informant away a few Yards
from the other Informant John Gill< no role > and say'd to
this Informant your life or your Money-that upon
that this Informant broke away from him and
called out Watch whereupon the said Charles Rogers< no role >
half up at ludgeon or Club to this Informant and
say'd he would knock her Brains out if she did not
deliver her Money upon which this Informant gave
him what Money she had to the Amount of five
Shillings or upwards that presently after the other
two Men joined them when Rogers saying that this
Informant had concealed her Money the said two Men
