having been Troubled on such an Occasion before and though no
other reason or Motive whatsoever And this Deponent further saith
That he is a very poor man and if his said Recognizance is Estreated
it will inevitably ruin him therefore humbly prays this Honourable
Court will Discharge his said Recognizance
