for the said County
Who severally being upon Oath say and first
this Informant Thomas Clayton< no role >
for himself saith
that on Thursday last about five o' Clock in
the Evening he went up to a Field at Pond Street
Hampstead
in the County of Middlesex
to see
thirty Sheep which he had there at Pasture
and found them all safe and well in the said
Field and about Eight o Clock on the Saturday
Morning following he received Information from
Mr Fielder of Hampstead
who own the said
Field that the of the said thirty Sheep lay
dead in the Field upon which this Informant
went up to Hampstead
and saw the said ten Sheep
had been Killed and the Cawl and Kidney
Fat in the same taken and Carried away
And this Informant William Hayter< no role >
for
himself saith that on Friday Evening last
about five o Clock he was at Hampstead
and went to the abovementioned Field in which
the other Informant Thomas Clayton< no role >
had
thirty Sheep at pastard & this Informant
saith that the said thirty Sheep was then
all alive and well
And this Informant William Stiring for
himself saith that he is the Servant to Mr
Sampson Ram forth Tallow Chandler in Oxford sph
that on Saturday night last about Eight o Clock
a Person now present who calls himself James
