two Single Hundred pound a Bank Note and as
thirty pounds Bank Note but as for the ten pound
Bank Notebe know Nothing of itwhich was in
the said pocket Book he knew nothings of it

And this Informant William Hawthorne< no role > for
himself saith that on the Fifth Instant about
Eleven o' Clock in the Forenoon this Informant
being Constable of the Parish of Saint Pancras
apprehended the two Persons now present who
call themselves John Dinn and Mary Michael
upon Suspicion of Felony and upon Executing
a Search Warrant at their Lodging in Glanvill
Street in the said Parish of Saint Pancras
he found. One hundred & twenty five Guineas
thirty seven half Guineas in Gold Seven Shillings
& Six pence in Silver a Brace of pistols Loaded
with Ball and upon the Examination before
the Magistrates John Dunn< no role > declared that
the said Mary Mitchell< no role > whom he called his Wife
found the pocket Book with two Notes of One
hundred pound each and a thirty pound Bank
upon the Justices enquiring what became of the
ten pound Notes which was in the pocket Book
the said Dunn answered if there was One it was
more than he knew of as he never saw any
thing of it And that Saith [..] Dunn & Mitchael declared
thats the Cash which was found in their Lodgings
arose from the Change of the Bank Notes so
found in the said pocket Book and the said Dunn
& Mitchell
< no role > say'd that they had looked into the papers to see
if it was advertized. but say'd that they did not seen
it advertized of [..] went into the County the Next
Day after it was found
